Home Watch Services
Our trained specialists will perform a visual observation of the interior and exterior of your unoccupied property. We look for irregularities and obvious issues. Each visit we make to your property you will receive a customize report, and pictures. We offer weekly & bi-weekly visits.
Monitoring Services
We can coordinate with your contractor/service provider. Meet up with your contractor/service provider, let them into the property, oversee the work, and lock up when they leave.
Keyholder Services
We will hold your spare key in a safe and secure location. In the event that you lose your main key or perhaps you may need a relative to stop by during your absence, we can provide the spare key to your premises with your permission.

Meet The Owner!
Tandrea Anderson
She is a transplant from Westchester, NY that has over 17 years of exceptional customer service and a degree in business management. Tandrea understands that trust, communication, confidentially, professionalism, and respect is the key to forge positive relationships with clients. With her serve-first mindset, her clients and partners all feel valued from the start.
Tandrea began this Property Care venture due to her grandmother experiencing mold damage from an unnoticed leak at her second property here in Palm Beach. Unfortunately, the Insurance didn't cover her grandmother's claims based on the fact that her home had been unoccupied for a long period of time. The property was only being looked on by a friend occasionally. Witnessing the ordeal that her grandmother went through, Tandrea realized that there is a need to help unoccupied property owners in Palm Beach. After much research and extensive on-going training, Rainestone Property Care was born.

Why is it important to hire a Home Watch company?
Anything can happen to your property while you're away such as leak. If not detected early, it can turn into a major issue. This is where Rainestone Property Care can assist. We provide weekly and biweekly visits to ensure everything is in working order.
What happens if there is an emergency when I'm away?
While Rainestone Property Care is not a 24/7/365 company, we do offer emergency services for unique scenarios like this. Therefore, whenever you need us to respond to any security alarms, police activity or anything that needs immediate attention, we will do our best to be there for you. More information on emergency services will be provided in our terms and conditions.
Do you offer vehicle monitoring services?
Yes, we start and make sure all vehicles are in working order.
Do you offer hurricane preparation services?
Yes, we offer Pre and Post hurricane services to your property. During Pre storm, we can assist with closing accordion shutters, coordinate with contractors to install shutters or board up your home, and bring inside or secure objects that may become airborne. Post storm, we will visit your property and check for physical damage, water intrusion, and electrical and AC system issues. We can coordinate with your insurance company, contractors, or property adjusters to assess your property if there is damage. Also, we will reversing the prep process (opening accordion shutters, repositioning secured items, etc.)
